About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support and scale go-to-market operations. This role will own day-to-day Salesforce administration, drive system enhancements, improve data quality, and support strategic roadmap initiatives in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and RevOps teams.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and understands revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
Core Salesforce Administration
Own Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and formulas
Build and optimize Flows (record-triggered, screen, scheduled), approval processes, and assignment rules
Manage profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules to ensure secure and scalable access
Implement data quality controls including deduplication, validation, and monitoring
Manage scheduled data jobs and integrations
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales, RevOps, and leadership
Go-To-Market & Revenue Operations Support
Support the Lead → Opportunity lifecycle including routing, territory logic, and account hierarchy management
Maintain opportunity processes and key revenue metrics (ACV, ARR, forecast amounts, booking date/quarter, opportunity types)
Partner with Sales Ops to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and stage definitions
Support downstream system integrations and data flow alignment
(Nice to Have) Experience supporting CPQ workflows or subscription billing/renewal processes
Governance, Release & Documentation
Maintain and prioritize an admin backlog; gather and refine requirements with stakeholders
Manage Dev → UAT → Production release processes including documentation and rollback plans
Maintain architecture documentation, data dictionaries, and admin runbooks
Provide Tier-2 support and deliver end-user enablement (training guides, release notes)
Required Qualifications
6+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in high-tech or SaaS environments
Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Salesforce Flows, security model, and reporting
Experience with data tools (Data Loader, SOQL, schema design, field-level governance)
Proven ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) – Required
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform App Builder and/or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications
Experience with CPQ, subscription models, ARR/ACV/TCV metrics, and renewals motions
Familiarity with release management tools (Change Sets, DevOps Center, or third-party ALM tools)
Experience partnering with RevOps and Finance on forecasting and booking alignment
