Role Description

We are hiring a commission-only, independent sales representative.

Open new on-trade and off-trade accounts across the UK (pubs, bars, bottleshops, independents, etc.)
Get listings secured and stocked
Keep accounts reordering
Manage your own pipeline and territory
Flexible, results-based work
10% on the first order from every new account you open
5% on all repeat orders from those accounts
Uncapped upside

This is a commission-only position (no salary/retainer)

Self-employed contractor arrangement

Whole UK territory

You’ll likely be a great fit if you:

Have experience selling into pubs/bars/retail or a strong network there
Are confident with cold outreach + in-person visits
Want flexibility and real upside rather than a capped role
Like working with early-stage brands where your impact is obvious
