Job Title: Commission Sales Representative Role Summary: Commission‑only independent contractor responsible for developing and managing the UK on‑trade and off‑trade sales pipeline for a growing alcohol‑free beverage brand. Expectations: - Self‑employed, contract‑based role with no base salary; earnings derived solely from commissions (10 % on first order, 5 % on repeat). - Full‑time commitment required to achieve sales targets; flexible working hours and autonomous time management. - Manage entire UK territory, establishing relationships with pubs, bars, bottle shops, and independent retail accounts. - Maintain robust record of prospecting, pipeline, and sales performance in CRM. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect, contact, and schedule meetings with potential customers across the UK on‑trade/off‑trade channels. - Conduct in‑person visits and product presentations to secure listings and place initial orders. - Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and shelf placement with account managers. - Follow up on all accounts to ensure repeat orders, renewals, and stock levels. - Report sales activity, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to the business leadership. - Provide feedback to the product team on market trends and competitor activities. Required Skills: - Proven experience selling to pubs, bars, bottle shops, or retail chains in the UK. - Strong cold‑calling, networking, and in‑person relationship‑building skills. - Ability to work independently, maintain a disciplined sales process, and track progress. - Familiarity with alcohol, beverage, or consumer goods sales is highly advantageous. - Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
