Job Specifications

A leading software provider is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. You’ll manage and maintain our hybrid infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy, Hyper-V, clustering, file shares).
Perform PowerShell scripting and automation.
Set up and manage company devices and monitor infrastructure health.
Support Linux servers (FTPS/SFTP, Apache configuration).
Maintain and troubleshoot networking (IP addressing, VLANs, DHCP, routing tools).
Manage server hardware, RAID, and component replacements.
Configure and maintain firewalls and access controls.
Provide occasional IT support and hardware fixes as needed.

Desirable Skills

Experience with DFS, iSCSI, WSUS, or imaging.
Network redundancy design, HP switch configuration, or PRTG monitoring.
Familiarity with pfSense/OPNsense, SAN, or Infrastructure as Code (Ansible/Terraform).
Exposure to Cyber Essentials or data centre environments.
