Job Title: Product Development & Strategy Manager Role Summary: Lead the end‑to‑end development, launch, and enhancement of investment funds, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with market demands. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality fund proposals and documentation on time, maintain regulatory compliance, support senior leadership on strategic initiatives, and effectively manage stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities - Drive the full lifecycle of fund development: concept, approval, launch, and ongoing enhancement. - Manage product changes, approvals, documentation, and governance for fund launches, closures, mergers, and regulatory updates. - Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis to shape product strategy. - Prepare and present governance materials and act as primary liaison for stakeholders and external partners. - Provide fund‑related information, due diligence support, and investor communications to client teams. - Draft, review, and maintain prospectuses, KIIDs, supplements, and regulatory filings. - Assist senior product leadership on ad‑hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
