Job Specifications

Our client, a global asset manager is looking to expand their product development & strategy team. This role will primarily focus on supporting with the development and launch of new products.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and support the end-to-end fund development process, from initial concept through to launch and ongoing product enhancements
Manage product changes, oversee approvals, documentation, and governance processes for fund launches, closures, mergers and regulatory updates
Conduct market research, feasibility assessments and competitor analysis to inform product strategy
Prepare and present materials for product governance committees
Act as a primary contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
Support Client teams with fund-related information, due diligence responses and investor communications
Prepare, review and maintain fund documentation such as prospectuses, KIIDs, supplements and regulatory filings
Assist senior product leadership on ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required

Candidate requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar product roles within asset management industry
Proven experience in developing and implementing fund changes
Strong understanding of investment fund structures, including UCITS, AIFs, OEICs
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners
Strong stakeholder management skills
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism and reliability
