Marketing Coordinator (12-month FTC)

Contract: Fixed Term – 12 months

Team: Marketing

Location: London

A leading investment management firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role offers excellent exposure across the business, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, Distribution, and Events. It is a strong opportunity for someone looking to build experience within investment management while developing marketing, content, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and sales collateral
Support content creation, material updates, and approval processes
Ensure all materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines
Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders
Maintain an organised central materials library

Skills & Experience

Some experience in marketing, marketing content creation, or sales support with a content focus
Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator, comfortable working across teams

Additional Information

12-month fixed-term contract
Right to work in the UK required (no sponsorship)
