**Job Title:** Growth Marketing Manager – Paid Search
**Role Summary:**
Design, execute, and optimize the paid search strategy to drive high‑quality conversions and meet customer acquisition targets for a direct‑to‑consumer brand. Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, product, data, and technology teams to align campaigns with business KPIs and launch rapid testing cycles.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver incremental traffic, sales, and ROAS across paid search.
- Maintain channel performance on or ahead of forecasted KPIs.
- Influence the broader paid media mix through data‑driven insights.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Director to build annual, quarterly, and monthly paid search roadmaps.
- Develop and manage the full campaign lifecycle—from ideation to execution across Google Search, Shopping, and Display.
- Forecast budgets and align spend with marketing and business objectives.
- Continuously optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to exceed performance goals.
- Analyze channel data, perform deep dives, and present actionable recommendations.
- Design and implement structured testing plans for campaigns, audiences, creatives, and placements.
- Coordinate with Creative, Tech, Product, and Data teams to develop and test new strategies and assets.
- Manage tags, pixels, product feeds, and audience lists for accurate conversion tracking.
- Identify, vet, and evaluate emerging paid tactics and competitive benchmarks.
- Support cross‑functional initiatives and provide paid search expertise to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years of digital marketing with a focus on paid search (Google Ads) and paid social.
- Advanced paid search campaign management, including bid, budget, and targeting optimization.
- Rapid experimentation mindset with proven ability to scale growth through testing.
- Strong analytical capabilities: forecast modeling, data deep dives, and actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Expertise in conversion tracking, pixel management, and attribution fundamentals.
- Proactive problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and escalation skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; self‑directed initiative and project ownership.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
