The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as Fresh KDS expands. You will sit at the intersection of brand, sales enablement, and thought leadership, with two primary objectives:
Build credibility and awareness for Fresh KDS through high-quality content, narrative development, and industry presence
Support direct sales efforts to mid-market and enterprise restaurant brands by creating messaging and materials that make Fresh KDS easier to understand, trust, and buy

What You’ll Do
Own and evolve the Fresh KDS brand narrative, messaging, and positioning for mid-market and enterprise buyers
Become an evangelist for the Fresh KDS story — internally with sales and leadership, and externally with customers, partners, and the industry
Create thought leadership content focused on kitchen performance, speed of service, consistency, and restaurant operations (blogs, LinkedIn posts, white papers, POVs, case studies)
Partner closely with sales to develop and refine sales collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, and customer-facing materials that support long-cycle enterprise deals
Plan, manage, and execute Fresh KDS’s presence at key industry events, conferences, and partner events — with clear goals and post-event follow-up
Collaborate with distribution partners’ marketing teams on co-branded content, campaigns, and events
Work closely with our marketing designer to manage and evolve our website, ensuring messaging aligns with our enterprise narrative and sales motion
Gather insights from customers, prospects, and sales conversations to continuously improve messaging and content relevance
Must-Haves in a Candidate
3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or vertical software
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with examples of content that demonstrates insight and clarity (not just volume)
Experience supporting sales teams through content, messaging, or sales enablement materials
Comfort operating independently in a fast-moving, lightly structured environment
A growth mindset, strong sense of ownership, and high attention to detail
Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms

This is a full-time salaried position with competitive compensation, including performance bonuses, stock options, and top-tier benefits. While we prefer candidates based in Nashville, TN, we may consider remote candidates based on experience and fit. No agencies or part-time applicants, please.
