Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Manager Role Summary: Drive brand strategy, messaging, and content for a B2B SaaS kitchen system targeting mid‑market and enterprise restaurant brands. Independently develop thought‑leadership materials, sales collateral, and event presence to enhance brand credibility and support the direct sales motion. Expectations: - 3+ years B2B marketing, ideally SaaS or vertical software. - Demonstrated writing and storytelling ability with portfolio of high‑quality content. - Experience creating sales enablement assets for long‑cycle deals. - Self‑directed, result‑oriented work style within a fast‑moving environment. - Proficiency with CRM/marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot). Key Responsibilities: 1. Own and evolve the product brand narrative, positioning, and messaging for target buyer segments. 2. Produce thought‑leadership content (blogs, LinkedIn posts, white papers, case studies) focused on kitchen performance and operational excellence. 3. Partner with sales to develop and refine pitch decks, one‑pagers, sales collateral, and other customer‑facing materials. 4. Plan, implement, and follow up on product presence at industry events, conferences, and partner gatherings. 5. Collaborate with distribution partner marketing teams on co‑branded campaigns and events. 6. Manage website content in collaboration with the marketing designer to align messaging with enterprise narrative. 7. Collect and analyze insights from customers, prospects, and sales conversations to continuously improve content relevance and effectiveness. Required Skills: - Strategic brand and messaging development. - Advanced copywriting and storytelling for B2B audiences. - Sales enablement and collateral creation. - Content strategy and production across multiple formats. - Event planning and execution. - Data‑driven insight gathering and application. - Exceptional organization, communication, and decision‑making.
