Compensation: $250,000 Base | $400,000 OTE

About BundleBox

We are a B2C platform that empowers residents to take control of their move using our proprietary AI-powered survey technology. Instead of waiting for a physical estimator, users simply scan their home with our app. Our AI automatically identifies inventory, categorizes items (Move, Store, Trash/Donate), and secures competitive quotes from top-tier movers in hours, not days.

We are headquartered in San Jose and are looking for a powerhouse Chief Growth Officer to scale our user base and build the engine that will disrupt legacy moving services.

The Role

As the CGO, you will be the primary architect of our growth engine. You aren’t just a "marketing person"; you are a business leader who sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and revenue. Your mission is to take BundleBox from a breakthrough product to a household name.

Key Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Growth Strategy & Execution

Develop and own the full-funnel B2C growth roadmap to acquire, activate, and retain users.
Identify high-growth channels (Performance, Content, SEO, Viral Loops) and manage the budget with a focus on CAC/LTV efficiency.

2. Marketing & Brand Identity

Position BundleBox as the modern, stress-free alternative to traditional moving.
Lead brand marketing, PR, and lifecycle communications to ensure the BundleBox "AI-first" experience resonates with tech-savvy residents.

3. Strategic Alliances & Partnerships

Build a network of high-impact partnerships with real estate platforms (Zillow, Redfin), property management groups, and relocation influencers.
Negotiate and manage the mover-side marketplace supply to ensure liquidity and quality on the platform.

4. Revenue & Growth Operations

Own the revenue targets and the data stack required to track them.
Optimize the conversion funnel from "App Download" to "Confirmed Move," using data to influence product features like the AI-survey experience.

Who You Are

Startup Veteran: You have 10+ years of experience, with a significant stint in a B2C startup environment (Seed to Series C). You know how to build from zero.
Marketplace Master: You understand the "chicken and egg" problem of marketplaces and have successfully scaled demand-side growth before.
Data-Obsessed: You live in the metrics. You can pivot between high-level brand strategy and deep-diving into SQL or attribution models.
Bay Area Local: You are based in or willing to work from our San Jose hub to collaborate closely with the founding team.
