You will work directly with Justin Stindt, Founder and Managing Director of Justin Stindt Consultants.

The role
This is a strategic and hands-on role at the intersection of consulting, data, and applied artificial intelligence.
Your role is to design, structure, and deploy AI across the firm.
You will be responsible for defining a prioritized AI roadmap aligned with business objectives and ensuring its practical implementation.
You will work across AI maturity assessment, data and knowledge structuring, proprietary tool development, and pragmatic integration of AI into client-facing consulting activities.
What this role is not
This is not a purely strategic or theoretical role detached from execution.
It is not an academic AI research position.
It is not limited to tool selection or external vendor coordination.
This is a hands-on role involving assessment, design, implementation, experimentation, and operational ownership.
Key responsibilities
AI & Data assessment
Conduct a structured audit of internal workflows, data assets, and knowledge systems.
Assess the firm’s AI maturity level.
Identify high-priority automation and optimization opportunities.
Define a clear, prioritized, impact-driven AI roadmap.
AI Enablement & Internal transformation
Embed AI into core processes including research, knowledge management, proposal development, project delivery, and reporting.
Deliver several high-impact AI use cases within the first 12 months.
Improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across consulting workflows.
Act as the internal reference for applied AI use cases.
Proprietary tool development
Design and build proprietary AI tools supporting the firm’s consulting methodology.
Structure databases, knowledge systems, and AI agents acting as subject-matter experts.
Translate business needs into robust functional architectures.
Work hands-on with data, prompts, models, and AI-driven workflows.
Support the evolution of selected tools into potential client-facing solutions.
Consulting project support
Support consulting teams in leveraging AI effectively within client projects.
Transform AI outputs into consulting-grade deliverables aligned with firm standards.
Ensure responsible, traceable, and compliant AI usage within a regulated life sciences context.
Knowledge & governance
Stay up to date with AI developments relevant to consulting.
Train teams and structure internal AI playbooks.
Define governance principles for responsible and sustainable AI usage.
Your profile
Strong technical foundation in AI, data, or software development.
Hands-on experience developing or implementing AI tools, LLMs, automation, or data-driven workflows.
Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions.
Comfortable working in a consulting environment and interacting with non-technical stakeholders.
Degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field.
