Job Title: AI Transformation & Enablement Lead
Role Summary: Lead the design, implementation, and operational integration of artificial intelligence across consulting workflows, driving efficiency, differentiation, and measurable impact.
Expectations: Deliver a prioritized, impact‑driven AI roadmap, execute multiple high‑impact use cases within the first 12 months, and establish sustainable AI governance and practice within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured AI & data maturity assessments of internal processes and knowledge systems.
- Identify and prioritize automation and optimization opportunities, producing a clear, impact‑oriented roadmap.
- Embed AI into core consulting activities (research, knowledge management, proposal development, delivery, reporting).
- Design, prototype, and deploy proprietary AI tools, including LLM‑based agents and data pipelines.
- Translate business needs into functional architectures and drive end‑to‑end tool development.
- Support consulting teams in applying AI to client projects, ensuring deliverables meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Create and maintain AI playbooks, train staff, and define responsible AI governance principles.
- Monitor emerging AI advances relevant to consulting and adapt internal practices accordingly.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical foundation in AI, data engineering, or software development.
- Hands‑on experience building or implementing AI tools, LLMs, automation workflows, or data‑driven solutions.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical, business‑impact solutions.
- Proficiency in structured experimentation, project prioritization, and measurable impact delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in fluent English; French and/or German are a plus.
- Autonomous, solution‑oriented mindset suitable for a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in AI frameworks, data engineering, or machine learning (preferred but not mandatory).
