Executive & Personal Assistant to Founder & CEO

Cambridge | Hybrid | Full-Time | £40k+ DOE

We are expanding the Executive Office of a rapidly growing UK professional training and certification company operating at enterprise level across financial services, healthcare, and technology.

This is not a traditional administrative role.

This is a strategic, high-trust position embedded directly alongside the Founder & CEO during a significant growth phase.

The business is transitioning to structured executive infrastructure. We are looking for an exceptional operator who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building clarity from complexity.

The Mandate

The Executive Assistant will:

• Protect and optimise CEO time

• Bring operational precision to communication and delivery

• Implement structured reporting rhythms

• Coordinate trainers and client delivery schedules

• Ensure revenue and pipeline visibility

• Act as the connective tissue between CEO, marketing, sales, and delivery

This role is about leverage, not logistics.

What You Will Own

Executive Communication Control

Full inbox triage and structured prioritisation
Drafting and preparing strategic responses
Escalation management

Executive Rhythm & Focus

Strategic calendar architecture
Protecting deep work blocks
Meeting preparation and briefing

Revenue & Pipeline Visibility

Invoice and payment tracking
Sales pipeline maintenance
Weekly executive reporting

Operational Coordination

Trainer scheduling
Course logistics oversight
Process documentation

Executive Office Systems

Notion dashboard maintenance
SOP development
Workflow optimisation

The Profile

We are seeking someone who:

Has supported a founder or senior executive previously
Is commercially aware (understands revenue flow)
Thinks structurally, not reactively
Is calm, discreet, and decisive
Enjoys building systems where they do not yet exist
