We’re hiring a Strategic Media Manager (Corporate Marketing & Public Affairs) to join a global marketing and communications function, leading high-impact, data-driven media strategies across international markets. This is a pivotal role shaping media direction, execution, and performance for complex, multi-channel campaigns targeting key audiences.

Salary: £114,000

Location: London, Kings Cross (3 days on site per week)

Contract: 12 months

Key Responsibilities

Develop measurable media strategies grounded in clear objectives, audience insights, and business outcomes
Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable media plans and optimisations
Lead multiple concurrent campaigns, managing substantial budgets across regions
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, insights, analytics, creative, policy, and agency teams to deliver integrated activations
Provide strategic POVs on media, measurement, and industry innovation
Analyze performance vs. KPIs and present optimization recommendations
Oversee execution excellence and proactively resolve delivery challenges

What Success Looks Like

Strong stakeholder management across diverse teams
Demonstrated media strategy rigor and analytical thinking
Ability to operate at pace while managing multiple priorities

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

10+ years experience in a Media focused role (preferably in matrixed, global org)
Proven expertise in media strategy & planning
Data-centric mindset with strong execution discipline
Experience working on public affairs, policy, or issue-based campaigns

Skilled at influencing and aligning cross-functional partners
Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
