The Opportunity

Nelson Frank is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a growing organisation in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to a greenfield ServiceNow implementation programme
Design, develop and configure solutions across ITSM, CSM and CMDB
Collaborate with architects, business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Build workflows, integrations and custom applications where required
Ensure best practice development standards and platform governance
Support testing, deployment and knowledge transfer activities

Required Experience

Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Proven experience delivering ITSM and CSM implementations
Strong understanding and experience with CMDB (design, data model, integrations)
Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, integrations, etc.)

Language Requirements

Trilingual (Dutch, French and English) would be highly desirable
Minimum requirement: Dutch + English

Hybrid role based in Brussels
