Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (IRM) Role Summary: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions for enterprise clients, translating business requirements into robust, compliant platform configurations. Expactations: - Deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations, encompassing Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules. - Engage diverse stakeholders, conduct workshops, demos, and user training. - Contribute to pre‑sales activities through solution design and proposal development. - Maintain current knowledge of ServiceNow releases and IRM capabilities; share best practices within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute full implementation cycles of ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules. - Capture, translate, and document client requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions. - Configure and customize the Now Platform to meet business and regulatory needs. - Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions for end users. - Support pre‑sales activities, including solution design and proposal inputs. - Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and IRM functionality; disseminate best practices. - Develop and maintain templates, accelerators, and documentation for repeatable deployments. Required Skills: - Proven experience delivering complete ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations. - Deep understanding of risk management, compliance, and audit frameworks. - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders. - Familiarity with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) is a plus. - Authorized to work in the UK. Required Education & Certifications: - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – essential. - ServiceNow IRM/GRC Implementation Specialist – highly desirable.
