Marketing Manager, Brand Solutions (Contract)

Duration: 6 Months+ (Potential Extension)
Full-Time | 40 hours per week
The pay range that Dexian is offering for this position is $70.00/hour - $90.00/hour.
Dexian benefits offering includes optional medical, dental, vision, up to 15 Days PTO per annum
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager, Brand Solutions to support a high-impact global marketing team focused on sales enablement for large advertisers. This is a contract opportunity covering a team member on leave, with the possibility of extension.
This role is ideal for a content-driven marketing leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and has experience crafting compelling narratives for enterprise advertisers, agencies, and C-suite audiences.
About the Role
In this role, you will develop and execute global sales enablement strategies that showcase brand solutions designed to drive both performance outcomes and long-term brand equity. You will work across product, sales, marketing, partnerships, data science, events, communications, legal, and privacy teams to create cohesive, audience-led messaging that highlights the value and impact of advanced advertising solutions.
You will also play a key role in supporting a major Brand Summit, including keynote messaging and executive-level storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Author compelling sales enablement materials for large advertisers and agencies across multiple verticals (with a focus on CPG and Retail preferred)
Develop inspirational, audience-centric content tailored to stakeholders ranging from practitioners to C-suite leaders
Lead messaging strategy and keynote support for a major Brand Summit
Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, digital marketing, partnerships, events, communications, legal, and privacy teams
Synthesize complex product and data insights into clear, actionable narratives
Identify marketing growth opportunities through client, sales, and product feedback
Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing impact
Navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders to deliver on time and on strategy
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in technology, media, or marketing
Proven experience building compelling and inspirational marketing content
Subject matter expertise in large-scale B2C advertising campaigns
Strong cross-functional collaboration experience within complex, matrixed organizations
Experience developing sales enablement materials for enterprise advertisers and agencies
Background in content and digital marketing
Experience translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies
Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with large advertisers, especially in CPG or Retail
Prior experience in global or enterprise-level marketing organizations
