Position: Biology Expert (PhD, Master's, or Olympiad Participants)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $60–$80 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Create novel, clear, and challenging Olympiad-style biology problems to stress-test frontier AI models
Design problems that reflect advanced biological reasoning and domain expertise
Contribute high-quality content to improve AI problem-solving capabilities in biology
Collaborate with research teams to refine and evaluate AI performance

Requirements

PhD, Master’s degree, or participation in biology Olympiads
Strong background in advanced biology concepts and problem-solving
Ability to design clear, rigorous, and competition-level biology problems
Ability to work independently on short-term, high-impact projects
Availability to complete onboarding and project tasks on an accelerated timeline
