Position: Biology Expert – AI Trainer (MSc or PhD Holders)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $30-$90/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 to 40 hours per week

Role Responsibilities

Develop, curate, and validate high quality biological datasets for AI training and refinement.
Apply advanced biological and life science expertise to annotate complex data with scientific precision.
Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured feedback to improve accuracy and domain relevance.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define requirements and optimize biological data workflows.
Document methodologies, processes, and outcomes with clear, structured written communication.
Maintain best practices in data management, integrity, and confidentiality across all AI training tasks.
Support experimental design and testing to enhance AI performance in biological applications.

Requirements

MSc or PhD in Biology, Life Sciences, or a closely related discipline.
Strong experience in biological research, data analysis, or data driven projects.
Strong analytical rigor and critical scientific reasoning skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with high standards of clarity and precision.
Proven experience with data management and annotation workflows.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to scientific accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
