We’re on the lookout for an experienced Head of Shopper Marketing to join our team on a 6-month contract. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll take the lead on how our brand shows up in-store and online – and help drive real commercial results.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll own the shopper agenda from day one, working closely with our Sales, Brand and Category teams to bring our plans to life across key retail partners.

Your role will include:

Leading our overall shopper marketing strategy.
Heading up the Shopper marketing team
Creating smart, insight-led campaigns that convert at shelf and online.
Planning and delivering retail activations, launches and promotions.
Working with agencies to develop creative that actually cuts through.
Using data and shopper insight to continuously improve performance.
Partnering with Sales to support key customers and growth priorities.

What we’re looking for

You’re someone who knows FMCG inside out and can hit the ground running. Ideally someone who has implemented change management.

Ideally you’ll have:

The ability to start a new role quickly (sooner than the typical 3 month notice period)
Solid experience in a senior shopper marketing role (food/FMCG preferred).
A strong understanding of grocery retail and shopper behaviour.
A commercial mindset – you care about what actually drives sales.
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and agencies.
A practical, get-stuck-in attitude.
