Job Title: Head of Shopper Marketing & Category Role Summary: Lead and develop an end‑to‑end shopper marketing and category agenda for a leading snacking brand, driving growth and market penetration through data‑driven insights and cross‑functional collaboration. Manage a high‑performing team of senior shopper and category managers, creating compelling shopper stories that support new product development and commercial initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Own the shopper and category strategy, objectives, and key performance indicators. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, R&D, finance) to align shopper insights with business priorities. - Build shopper personas, purchase journey maps, and shopper segmentation models to drive category growth. - Develop and present a compelling shopper narrative to support NPD plans, pricing, and assortment decisions. - Measure and report on the effectiveness of shopper and category initiatives, refining tactics for continuous improvement. - Lead, coach, and mentor senior shopper and category managers, fostering talent development and succession planning. - Build relationships with key stakeholders to secure buy‑in and allocation for shopper initiatives.
