The Role: Solution Engineer

As a Solution Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of tech, product, and customer success.

Your mission: ensure smooth API integrations and guide customers in adopting the platform successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead customer onboarding and guide them through API integrations
Understand business & technical needs and translate them into technical solutions
Join pre-sales calls to assess feasibility and propose approaches
Work closely with Product & Tech teams to improve integrations and workflows
Contribute to technical documentation, guidelines, and best practices
Provide first-line technical support, help customers read APIs, solve integration issues

Who You Are:

3+ years of experience in a technical / client-facing role (fintech or startup experience = BIG plus)
Strong understanding of how technical components work together (APIs, integrations, security, data)
Bonus skills:
SQL
Python
Accounting knowledge
Ability to understand customer use cases and translate them into technical solutions
Excellent verbal/written communication with both technical & non-technical stakeholders
Strong project management, autonomy, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Fluency in French & English (Dutch is a plus)
