Customer Success Manager – Fintech | Brussels (Hybrid)

Your Mission
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a strategic and hands-on role, blending product expertise, relationship management, and growth advisory.
Your goal: ensure clients fully leverage integrations, maximize value, and grow—while contributing to the company’s success.
You will:
Deliver a smooth and impactful onboarding experience
Drive product adoption and integration usage
Help clients market integrations as a competitive advantage
Advise on integration strategy and go-to-market best practices
Identify upsell opportunities
Share insights with Product & Tech teams
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech, and Marketing
Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through implementation with the support of Solution Engineers
Ensure integrations are activated and used effectively
Proactively anticipate needs and address potential issues
Build strong, trust-based relationships
Represent the customer’s voice internally
Contribute to client success plans and long-term growth
Profile Sought
2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Partnerships, or other client-facing roles in SaaS/tech
Fluent French / English, or Dutch (being trilingual is a big plus!)
Tech-savvy and curious about APIs, integrations, and financial/accounting tools
Interest in fintech and financial workflows
Strong interpersonal skills, solution-oriented mindset, and customer-centric approach
Ambitious, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Startup mindset: autonomous, structured, hands-on, and adaptable
