Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin have partnered with a Winnipeg based company to hire a Customer Service Representative for an immediate, temporary opportunity to assist with a project.

Benefits & Perks:

Immediate temporary Customer Service opportunity
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Opportunity to assist with the annual project

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to members
Update the membership database and enter new membership information as required
Data entry, filing and handling mail
Update excel spreadsheets
Additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
1-2 years plus of office related Customer Service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to problem solve and update customer concerns providing relevant customer information
A criminal background check is required
