THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

This role involves capturing high-level business requirements, challenging them, and translating them into detailed functional specifications. The analyst will provide all necessary deliverables— such as user stories, visual mock-ups, and flow documentation— to ensure smooth development or integration of features. Additionally, the role includes validating deliverables, training end-users, and overseeing features or products managed by external partners.

This position is within the Gaming1 department, which is responsible for delivering technical solutions for all land-based establishments of the group, including casinos, gaming halls, and sports betting centers. In addition, the department provides support to the group’s corporate functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and other support services.

YOUR ROLE

Capture Business Objectives
Analyze and define the context of business requests
Understand operational needs and derive high-level features (inc. priorities)
Formalize KPIs to measure success
Recommend Optimal Solutions
Analyze and compare solutions based on identified business criteria
Provide recommendations to stakeholders
Define Detailed Functional Specifications
Assess feasibility considering technical and operational constraints
Draft functional analysis documents (e.g., specifications, requirements) to optimize user experience and identify process improvement opportunities
Analyze use cases to ensure consistency and compliance with standards before development or integration
Illustrate functional needs through diagrams and flowcharts
Validate technical feasibility in collaboration with technical teams
Coordinate Development or Integration
Break down requests and assist in sequencing deliverables
Document functional changes and assess impact areas comprehensively
Supervise feature development with all stakeholders
Collaborate with technical teams or vendors for solution configuration
Estimate the impact of new features on existing products
Ensure Quality of Deliverables
Contribute to test scenario design and execution
Support user training through workshops or user guides
Evaluate deliverable performance and identify improvements
Assist with application support when required.

YOUR PROFILE

Soft Skills

Hard Skills

Expertise in designing and modeling functional architecture for applications
Knowledge of design methods, standards, and tools (UML, BPMN)
Broad technical foundation: data management, programming principles, web technologies
Knowledge of process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
Experience with documentation and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira)
Familiarity with Agile methodology (sprints, ceremonies)
