Duration: 4 Months +

Date: May 4th - August 28th, 2026

Location: Hybrid in Ottawa, ON

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

As a part of our team, you will:

Support insight into how customers interact with our software to help inform process improvements.
Collaborate with Business Operations managers, BG/PG testers, and users to enhance software delivery process requirements and best practices.
Develop automated reporting tools for software delivery across various systems
Contribute to a dynamic and interactive team-based environment.

Key Skills And Experience

Currently a candidate for a Master's, Bachelor's degree, or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field with an accredited school in Canada.
Strong skills in identifying patterns, drawing insights, and solving problems
Proficiency in programming (e.g., Java, Python, etc.)
Experience with Excel and other data management tools at a master’s level
A curiosity-driven mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies and tools
The ability to present and explain ideas effectively to teammates and stakeholders

It would be nice if you also had:

Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, KNIME, Tableau, R, Alteryx, or similar tools
Experience accessing databases via APIs
An interest in or knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLM)
