$180,000 - $200,000 + equity

We have partnered with a fast-growing, AI-first startup using advanced analytics and GenAI to solve messy, high-value data problems in the insurance space. They’re already well established in their niche and now scaling their core platform.

What you’ll be doing

Building LLM-driven pipelines to extract insight from complex documents
Developing agentic workflows that reason across multiple data sources
Creating predictive models on enriched claims and financial data
Working closely with engineering to ship robust, production-ready models
Partnering with product and client teams on real-world analytics use cases

What they’re looking for

3–5 years in applied data science (or PhD + industry experience)
Strong Python & SQL skills
Practical experience with LLMs, NLP, and unstructured data
Solid grounding in statistics and ML
Comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environments
MUST HAVE Start-up experience
