The Role

This is a senior, independent role within a structured global education company operating in a performance-led model.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead premium brand positioning and market expansion initiatives

• Apply commercial judgement to growth strategy and audience development

• Develop strategic communication aligned with high-value customer segments

• Engage professionals through thoughtful, needs-based conversations

• Build long-term value through performance-based contribution

• Commit to ongoing development of your own leadership thinking and decision-making capability

• Contribute to the leadership conversation through clear, commercially grounded communication

Who This Suits

• 15+ years in luxury, fashion or premium retail brand environments

• Experience at Director, Head of or Senior Manager level

• Strong brand, customer and commercial intelligence capability

• A genuine interest in leadership development and the psychology of performance

• Comfortable operating in outcome-based environments

• Ready to transition from time-based work to performance-led contribution
