Technical Solutions Consultant – Digital Advertising | AdTech

Location: UK – Fully Remote

⏳ Contract: 12 Months

Pay:

• £84,000 (London-based)

• £76,000 (Outside London)

We’re hiring Technical Solutions Consultants to join a global technical consultancy team supporting one of the world’s leading digital advertising platforms.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong AdTech, digital advertising & technical troubleshooting experience, looking to work on enterprise-level advertising systems used by businesses spending millions annually.

The Role

You’ll act as a technical consultant and trusted advisor, supporting sales teams and advertisers with complex technical challenges across advertising platforms.

You’ll work on high-impact issues, resolve technical tickets, and partner closely with engineering and product teams.

What You’ll Do

• Act as technical point of contact for sales teams & advertisers

• Troubleshoot complex advertising & tracking issues

• Resolve and manage 2–5 complex tickets daily

• Escalate bugs to product & engineering teams

• Provide consultative best-practice guidance

• Maintain 90%+ SLA, response & satisfaction targets

• Identify automation & workflow improvements

Must-Have Experience

• 3+ years in Digital Advertising / AdTech / Technology

• Strong technical troubleshooting & support background

• Experience working with online advertising platforms

(Google, TikTok, Meta, Snap, DSPs, SSPs, AdTech vendors, agencies, in-house ad platforms)

• Experience with:

– Pixels, tracking, auctions, ad delivery

– HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP

– SQL (basic querying)

– APIs & integrations

Nice to Have

• Mobile advertising / MMP experience

• Second European language

• Enterprise advertising support background
