A dynamic SA can listen and review customer needs, reports, artifacts and easily demonstrate how to use software to solve those needs. You will be able to look at customer artifacts and point them to examples in our software or other software products that solve the same problem (or do it better!). You will partner closely with appficiency’s product development team to leverage customers’ insights to resolve our customer’s biggest pain points when using our products and services, and play a critical role in shaping the future of our existing and future products.
The Commitment
Translate client strategy and business requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions that maximize the value of the tech stack, whatever that may be, and align with Appficiency’s delivery methodology.
Know EVERY cloud offering of Salesforce and be able to compare to other competitive technologies. Use the features of the various clouds to craft written solutions and diagrams that can be used by delivery to clearly develop final go-live solutions.
Conduct demonstrations to clients on how Salesforce and ERP can meet their needs and solve business problems.
Lead technical design and discovery workshops, developing solution architectures, roadmaps, effort estimates, and detailed technical documentation that align with client objectives and long-term growth plans.
Guide and mentor cross-functional delivery teams (consultants and developers) while collaborating closely with client stakeholders and Appficiency leadership to ensure successful multi-stream digital transformation initiatives.
Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert, promoting multi-cloud best practices, governance standards, and architectural excellence across all engagements.
Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support solutioning, scoping, and technical estimations—clearly articulating value propositions and ensuring accurate effort assessments from lead to close.
Stay ahead of Salesforce product innovations, releases, and ecosystem advancements; proactively assess their business impact and incorporate relevant capabilities into client solutions and internal best practices.
Contribute to strengthening Appficiency’s Salesforce practice by refining service offerings, establishing architectural standards, and developing reusable frameworks, accelerators, and implementation tools.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for optimization, expansion, and long-term platform evolution while driving continued growth for both the client and Appficiency.
The Essentials
4+ years in Salesforce implementation, solution design, or CRM consulting.
Expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, Marketing) and core CRM processes (lead-to-cash, service, analytics).
Hands-on with configuration (Flows, security), customization (Apex, LWC), and integrations (APIs, middleware).
Experience leading full lifecycle implementations from discovery to go-live and optimization.
