**Job title:** Salesforce Solutions Architect
**Role Summary:**
Design, lead, and deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions that align client strategy with the Salesforce Ecosystem, ensuring scalable, high‑impact implementations across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, Marketing).
**Expactations:**
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures that maximize ROI and streamline processes.
- Mentor cross‑functional delivery teams and collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure successful, on‑time go‑live.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on Salesforce best practices, governance, and multi‑cloud integration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct discovery workshops, gather functional and technical requirements, and produce solution designs, roadmaps, and effort estimates.
2. Create architecture diagrams, integration flows, and detailed design documents for delivery teams.
3. Lead configurations (Flows, security), customizations (Apex, Lightning Web Components), and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
4. Deliver client demos showcasing Salesforce and ERP capabilities, addressing pain points and demonstrating value.
5. Guide and mentor consultants and developers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
6. Partner with Sales/Pre‑Sales to support solutioning, scoping, and accurate technical estimations.
7. Stay current on Salesforce releases, feature updates, and ecosystem tools; evaluate their impact on client solutions.
8. Contribute to the development of reusable frameworks, accelerators, and implementation playbooks.
9. Provide strategic advice to clients on platform optimization, expansion, and long‑term evolution.
**Required Skills:**
- 4+ years of Salesforce implementation or solution design experience.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, Marketing) and core CRM processes (lead‑to‑cash, service, analytics).
- Proficiency in configuration, customization (Apex, LWC), and integration (API, middleware).
- Proven ability to lead full‑cycle implementations from discovery to go‑live and optimization.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience with architectural design, documentation, and mentoring teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications: Platform App Builder at minimum; additional Salesforce Architect or CPQ certifications preferred.
