Test Test Automation Organization Agile SDLC Recruitment

Job Specifications

Join a rapidly expanding B2B software organization modernizing complex, transaction-heavy workflows within a highly regulated industry.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the quality strategy behind a complex, end-to-end platform spanning web, mobile, and backend services. As a QA Analyst embedded within a product-focused engineering team, you’ll act as the quality gatekeeper—ensuring robust releases, seamless user experiences, and measurable client satisfaction.

Working within an Agile SDLC, you’ll collaborate closely with developers, product leaders, and business stakeholders to validate sophisticated financial workflows and continuously elevate engineering standards.

If you’re passionate about building high-impact financial software and thrive in environments where ownership, analytical depth, and collaboration intersect, this is an opportunity to influence a mission-critical platform at scale.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a QA Analyst within complex software environments, including hands-on creation of functional test cases, SIT/UAT scripts, and end-to-end test documentation
Strong understanding of Agile SDLC methodologies with experience supporting continuous delivery and iterative release cycles
Demonstrated ability to analyze business and system requirements, validate end-to-end financial workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and external stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience validating full-stack systems, including back-end services, web applications, and mobile platforms
Exposure to test automation frameworks, harness scripts, data validation techniques, and structured test artifact management
Background in financial services or enterprise financial software platforms with complex transactional lifecycles

Daily Responsibilities

Hands-On Engineering: 65%
Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 35%

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Accommodation will be provided in all parts of the hiring process as required under Motion Recruitment’s Employment Accommodation policy. Applicants need to make their needs known in advance.
