About the Role

The Senior Analytics Engineer is a technical leader responsible for domain‑level modeling, semantic layer design, governed metrics, and cross‑team enablement. This role operates with minimal supervision and leads best‑practice adoption across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Architect domain models and LookML layers
Lead cross‑team KPI and governance efforts
Optimize Snowflake and Looker performance
Mentor Analytics Engineers
Improve CI/CD, testing, observability

Basic

Qualifications

5–7+ years in Analytics/Data Engineering
Expert SQL, modeling, LookML
Strong Snowflake optimization skills

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience leading metric governance
Experience influencing engineering standards
