Data Transformation Lead — Aerospace Industry

Longueuil, QC — Full‑time, Onsite (5 days/week)

A leading aerospace organization is seeking a Data Transformation Lead to help modernize how data is governed, delivered, and leveraged across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving improvement, building strong stakeholder partnerships, and shaping data strategy in a complex operational environment.

What You’ll Do

Manage external and third‑party data products

• Onboard new data sources

• Ensure data quality, SLAs, and access standards

Lead data governance efforts

• Define data ownership

• Standardize definitions & metadata

• Monitor data quality

• Track governance maturity

Partner with business teams

• Run workshops, gather requirements

• Identify reporting gaps

• Build business cases for analytics modernization

Drive cross‑functional project delivery

• Coordinate with data engineering, BI, IT, procurement, and legal

• Manage scope, timelines, risk, stakeholder expectations

Support adoption & change management

• Roll out dashboards and data products

• Provide training/documentation

• Collect feedback and improve solutions

What We’re Looking For

6–10 years in a data‑centric role within a complex or enterprise setting
Experience leading analytics/reporting initiatives
Ability to bridge business and technical teams
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, CRM)
Hands‑on experience with modern data platforms (data lakes, cloud analytics)

Compensation:

$45/hr to $55/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D.
