Growth Marketing Manager – B2B SaaS Scale-Up

We’re partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS scale-up transforming how complex, real-world projects are planned and delivered, replacing outdated, manual ways of working with modern, collaborative software teams actually enjoy using within the construction space.

Operating across the UK and APAC, the business works with sophisticated customers and complex buying cycles. With growth firmly on the agenda, they’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation and build a scalable, performance-led growth engine.

This role sits at the intersection of performance, GTM and commercial execution, ideal for someone with a performance mindset who enjoys both strategy and getting hands-on.

What you’ll be doing:

Owning growth and demand generation end-to-end, with a clear focus on pipeline quality, revenue impact and ROI
Managing and scaling paid spend, with LinkedIn as a core channel.
Working closely with Sales and GTM to understand target accounts, tier-one customers and shape effective ABM strategies
Building strategic, account-led campaigns that support long, considered buying journeys
Running lifecycle and nurture campaigns to move prospects through mid-to-late funnel
Leveraging strong case studies and proof points to support high-trust sales conversations
Being hands-on with tools, experimentation and optimisation, while bringing a strategic lens to growth
Helping shape the marketing function as it scales, with scope to build capability beneath you over time

What they’re looking for:

Experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, ideally with complex or multi-stakeholder buying cycles
Strong performance marketing capability, with LinkedIn Ads expertise strongly preferred
Commercially minded, understands how marketing supports sales, revenue and GTM outcomes
Analytical, curious and experimental, with a clear growth mindset
Comfortable in smaller teams where trust is high and ownership is real
Interest in events, community and relationship-driven growth alongside digital channels

Location: London, hybrid OR UK based with travel to London regularly.
