**Job title**
Product Director – AI & Digital Learning
**Role Summary**
Senior product leader responsible for the vision, strategy and delivery of an evolving digital learning ecosystem, including AI‑enabled tools for teachers, students and school leaders. Drives product development, scale, adoption and organisational change to embed technology across a global education network.
**Expectations**
- Own the long‑term product vision and strategy for a suite of digital learning tools.
- Lead the full product lifecycle—from alpha to beta to live—ensuring continuous improvement and impact.
- Scale products and adoption across diverse schools worldwide.
- Champion AI strategy, identifying emerging technologies that enhance learning.
- Manage change initiatives, aligning users, stakeholders and internal teams.
- Deliver measurable outcomes in terms of user engagement, learning impact and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and communicate a coherent product roadmap for the digital learning ecosystem.
- Lead cross‑functional product teams (UX, engineering, data science, operations).
- Own product backlogs, prioritise features, and drive sprint planning and releases.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, gather user insights, and iterate on product design.
- Negotiate trade‑offs between innovation, technical feasibility and practical deployment.
- Drive adoption campaigns, training, and support materials to maximise user uptake.
- Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training programs.
- Monitor product performance metrics, user feedback and market trends, adjusting strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with leadership to align product outcomes with organisational goals.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, accessibility and educational regulatory standards.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience (≥5 years) as a product leader in complex, scalable digital platforms.
- End‑to‑end ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
- Strong background in product lifecycle management, agile methodologies and continuous delivery.
- Expertise in change management, stakeholder leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Deep understanding of digital learning or relevant AI technologies, with the ability to translate emerging tech into user solutions.
- Strategic thinker with execution discipline; ability to balance long‑term vision with short‑term delivery.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Data‑driven decision making and experience with analytics/metrics.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
- Product Management certification (PRINCE2, Pragmatic, AIPMM, or equivalent) is a plus.
