Job Specifications

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering or related field, Plus 10+ years exp
• Master's degree plus 8+ years exp
• No degree, they must have 15+ years' experience in this capacity.

Qualifications:
• Expert Java Development: 8-10 years of deep back-end Java experience.
• AWS Cloud Native: 3+ years minimum using CloudFormation, ECS Clusters, Lambda, Fargate, S3, and IAM roles.
• Architecture: Proven experience with Microservices and Event-driven patterns.
• Databases: Proficiency in both Relational (MySQL/Oracle) and NoSQL (DynamoDB/Cassandra/Mongo).
• DevOps/CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jenkins pipelines.

Job Duties:
• Design, code, test, and debug high-complexity back-end programs. Perform system administration and integration for "purchased " vs "built " solutions.
• Provide project management and technical guidance to junior team members; conduct PR reviews.
• Active participation in Scrum (Daily Standups, Grooming, Retros, and Demos).
