Overview Of Position

As a .NET Lead Engineer, will play a key role in leading the team and development to

support the company's key applications. This includes analysis, solutioning, developing,

and testing the application whilst also managing technical/operational tasks for defect less

delivery. This role also requires the candidate to have a good understanding of enterprise

application development standards and methodologies and demonstrated experience

working with custom enterprise frameworks.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

8 - 12 years' experience in various software development roles and proven

experience working on .Net project under an Agile /Scrum methodology. Candidate

should have teal leading experience with below desired skills -

Building robust and scalable web application using .NET 8 and above
Hands on experience on Entity Framework Core 8 and above
Microsoft SQL Server Queries and performance optimization
Experience on building distributed applications for cloud environment
Knowledge on Azure Services like AKS, Azure Function, Azure App

Services,Service Bus and Event Hub and their use cases

Prior experience on Dapr(Distributed Application Runtime)
Knowledge on Auth Protocols such as OAuth2, SAML
Design Patterns, SOLID principle, Design principles for cloud applications

Key Responsibilities

Lead the team and propose design and architectural solutions for business

problem, support, observability.

Get expertise on applications and provide technical support and guidance to the

team.

Setup and enhance the release process to make sure quality delivery.
Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
Participate in requirements analysis and lead the discussion to provide technical

solutions.

Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
Refactor, debug code, test and deploy applications
Development according to best practices as per industry standards.
Post Implementation support and production support.
