Ideal Rate: Depend upon the experience

Must Have:

Demonstrated experience designing or improving Change Enablement or IT Change Management practices in complex environments.
Strong working knowledge of ITIL 4, specifically the Change Enablement practice.
Experience enabling change across cloud-native and hybrid platforms (e.g., Azure, SaaS, platform services);
Proven ability to apply risk-based (impact and likelihood) analysis to inform proportionate decision-making.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level communication skills.
Ability to balance agility, speed, and value delivery.

Nice to Have:

Experience working in public-sector or highly regulated environments
