Job Specifications

We’re building an AI-native productivity SaaS startup organized as a cooperative (shared ownership based on real contribution).

We’re looking for an additional Founder focused on Operations & Execution (COO track).

We already have product development in place, with CPO, designer and developers. What we need now is operational structure, clarity, and coordination across the company.

This is a founder role, not a freelance, advisory, or employee position.

Time commitment: approximately 10 hours per week, as long as you are not able to get a full time salary.

Important upfront
There is no fixed cash compensation at the start
Cash payment depends entirely on revenue or external funding
You do not have to contribute any money, other cofounders have contributed enough and already cover expenses, especially product development
Once revenue or funding comes in, cash is shared among all founders

What you’ll do

Operations & Structure

Manage relationships with suppliers and external service providers
Oversee bookkeeping coordination and accounting structure

People & Organization

Support recruiting processes and onboarding
Bring structure to an international team

You
Strong operational background (startup or SME experience preferred)
Comfortable handling bookkeeping coordination, HR topics, and supplier management
You want to be a real founder, not a contractor

Cooperative & Founder Setup
Everyone works under the same cooperative founder contract
Shares are earned based on contribution, not titles
No special treatment for any one founder

Our Team
International founding team across Germany, Switzerland, India
Strong technical execution already in place
Very senior level, with large corporate and successful startup experience

Shared Smiles is a South African non-profit organization that helps primarily young adults to discover themselves and make career and life decisions based on the results of scientific psychometric tests. We encourage people to take psychometric tests and provide group counselling based on their results.
