Job Title: Vice President - Technology Sales (Hunter + Leadership) - BFSI & Mortgage

We are seeking a quota-carrying sales leader for the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) and mortgage/lending technology market, to drive new banking and mortgage client acquisition, scale enterprise revenue, and build a high-performing sales organization.
This role combines a Sales Hunter mindset with executive-level leadership, accountable for leading a team while personally owning and delivering a $75 million annual revenue target, contributing toward a broader $75M portfolio target, equaling a total quota of 75 million USD.
Roles & Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership & New Business (Hunter Motion)
Lead acquisition and growth strategy to secure new banks, financial institutions, and mortgage clients for software, cloud services, mobile architecture, and AI-powered transformation solutions.
Personally drive C-level engagement, executive business development, deal structuring, and closures in competitive regulated markets.
Build and oversee a team pipeline strategy focused on enterprise banking, mortgage/underwriting, risk, fraud, and intelligent automation platforms.
Sales Leadership & Team Management
Recruit, manage, coach, and scale a team of technology sellers, account hunters, and mortgage/BFSI field sales leaders.
Establish GTM execution frameworks, sales playbooks, territory plans, quota allocation models, coaching cadences, and pipeline rigor.
Develop high-performance metrics across hunting, revenue productivity, deal velocity, and mortgage/BFSI account penetration.
Lead weekly business reviews, forecast accuracy, and performance accountability across the sales organization.
Consultative Solution Selling
Partner with architecture, AI, mobile, delivery, and compliance teams to design strong, mortgage and BFSI-aligned proposals.
Lead AI-value selling efforts across:
Fraud and risk modeling
Lending/mortgage predictive analytics & underwriting
Intelligent automation
Real-time decision engines
Mobile transformation for financial institutions
Guide the team in translating technical and AI offerings into measurable BFSI + mortgage business impact, ROI, and risk reduction.
Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership
Maintain expert awareness of banking regulations, mortgage underwriting models (Non-QM, ITIN, credit risk, data privacy, fraud, and compliance).
Represent the company at mortgage/BFSI industry conferences, bank innovation forums, lending technology roundtables, and executive client events.
Build credibility by positioning the organization as a technology and AI transformation authority within Mortgage and BFSI.
Sales Orchestration & Proposal Ownership
Oversee RFP/RFI/RFP execution, proposal strategy, pricing models, SOW creation, contract negotiation, and delivery alignment.
Lead accurate and competitive RFP responses and final presentations to bank and mortgage stakeholders.
Ensure clean hand-off of sold engagements to motion like Consulting, Architecture, Mobile, and AI Delivery teams.

10+ years in technology services and software sales leadership, with proven enterprise success across:
Banks & Financial Institutions
BFSI segment buyers
Mortgage & Underwriting ecosystems
SaaS, Cloud, AI, Mobile Architecture, and Intelligent Automation
Demonstrated ability to lead, scale and manage a sales team while carrying a personal enterprise quota.
Strong domain expertise in banking and mortgage-driven transformation solution selling in regulated environments.
Proficiency in Salesforce or enterprise CRM tools, forecasting discipline, quota management, and data-driven sales strategy.
