A global SaaS group powering the nonprofit and faith-based sectors is expanding its North American team in Vancouver.

With a portfolio of leading platforms this organisation supports thousands of purpose-driven organisations across the globe to grow donations, deepen supporter relationships, and streamline operations.

Backed by strong growth and a clear expansion strategy, they are hiring an experienced Account Executive to help scale their North American presence from Vancouver.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a full-cycle, outbound-focused AE role. You will take ownership of building and converting your own pipeline while partnering closely with marketing and SDR support.

Build and maintain a strong outbound pipeline to exceed revenue targets
Run consultative discovery calls with nonprofit decision-makers
Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to client pain points
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and customer success
Contribute to North American go-to-market strategy as the team scales

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota (ideally in outbound roles)
Experience managing a full sales cycle independently
Strong consultative and value-based selling capability
Experience selling into nonprofits, associations, or mission-driven organisations is highly advantageous

Salary Package:

$108K base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $180K)
