Job Specifications
This is a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst role supporting Clientss in‐flight transformation of MDF (Market Development Funds) and Indirect Rebate processes. The project is being implemented on Salesforce using PEM (Partner Experience Management) and ChRM (Channel Revenue Management), with larger the system integrator.
The BSA will act as the connective tissue between customer's internal business teams, SI's implementation team, and end users — ensuring the project moves smoothly through testing, documentation, training, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business teams and support the Salesforce PEM/ChRM implementation
Lead and execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect triage
Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user guides
Support change management through training content creation and delivery
Facilitate cross‐functional alignment on requirements, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria
Assist with go‐live readiness, cutover activities, and post‐deployment stabilization
Ensure solution alignment with MDF, rebates, and partner incentive business processes
Required Background
Must‐Have Strong Salesforce functional experience (ideally in partner programs, incentives, or revenue operations)
Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst on enterprise Salesforce projects
Ability to run testing cycles, document processes, and support training
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or BSA
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, data models, and functional configuration
Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce programs (preferably with an SI)
Demonstrated ability to run structured testing cycles and manage defects
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder‐management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MDF, rebates, partner incentives, or channel programs
Familiarity with Salesforce PEM or ChRM
Experience working with or alongside a global SI (Big5 Experience, etc.)
Background in high‐tech, semiconductor, or partner ecosystems
Soft Skills
Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and proactive
Strong cross‐functional communication and facilitation skills
Ability to translate business needs into structured test cases and documentation
Comfortable working in fast‐moving, high‐visibility programs
