PropertyFlow is a fast-growing PropTech startup revolutionising property management in the UK. We provide an all-in-one platform for landlords and property managers to manage their portfolios, sync with booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com), track compliance, and handle financial reporting.

The Role

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing & Operations Executive to join our small but ambitious team. This is a multi-functional role perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

You will be responsible for driving our marketing efforts, managing client relationships, supporting HR functions, and helping with day-to-day business operations. This role offers excellent growth potential as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness

• Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X)

• Create engaging content including blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns

• Monitor marketing analytics and report on campaign performance

• Act as first point of contact for landlord and client enquiries

• Onboard new landlords and guide them through our platform

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly

• Support HR functions, lead generation and business development initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in social media management and content creation

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

• Right to work in the UK

Qualifications

Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to develop and implement strategic plans.
Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively and foster relationships.
Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on driving successful customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and adapt to dynamic roles within a growing company.
Experience in the property or short-let industry is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Location: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Edinburgh, Scotland. Candidates from Edinburgh are preferred.
