Job Description
**Job title:** Marketing & Operations Executive **Role Summary:** Lead the digital marketing strategy while providing first‑line client support, onboarding, and HR assistance for a prop‑tech start‑up. Manage multi‑channel campaigns, content creation, analytics, and relationship building to drive brand awareness and customer satisfaction. **Expectations:** * Execute integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility and generate leads. * Serve as the primary contact for landlords and clients, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. * Onboard new landlords to the platform and maintain strong client relationships. * Support HR functions, lead generation and business development initiatives. * Work independently, prioritising tasks in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social, content, and email channels. * Manage and grow social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X). * Produce engaging blog posts, newsletters, and marketing collateral. * Plan, launch and track email marketing campaigns; analyse performance metrics. * Monitor marketing analytics and generate performance reports. * Act as first point of contact for landlord and client enquiries. * Onboard new landlords, guide them through platform usage. * Build and maintain relationships with existing clients; handle complaints promptly. * Support HR tasks (recruitment, onboarding, employee communication). * Lead lead‑generation activities and business‑development initiatives. **Required Skills:** * Exceptional written and verbal communication. * Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools. * Strong organisational and time‑management abilities. * Self‑starter capable of managing multiple priorities independently. * Skilled with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. * Ability to analyse marketing data and report insights. * Client‑focused service orientation. * Right to work in the United Kingdom. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
