Job Specifications

Should be expertise in Siemens Opcenter Expharma product
Should be expertise in PIProcess module, audit trail, Equipment, MBR etc.
Should have good knowledge in writing SQL queries as part of Functional support to update the status of WO/Task ID in DB.
Should be expertise in L3 level support for debugging application and infra related issues.
Day to day production monitoring and Coordination in issue resolution.
Co-ordinating with Vendor on issues and knowledge on managing problem record
Daily meeting with MES support team for issues and their workaround.
Proposing new modification in existing process to avoid further issues.
Coordinating with different stakeholders regarding noncompliance in adhering to the MES process.
Knowledge on MBR creation, Item master setup, master data management, fixing WO issues, Script creation/modification, Knowledge on application configuration.
Conducting training for new systems, processes, and technologies.
Good communication skills required to communicate with users and Business.
Resolve incident tickets with appropriate solutions and resolve normal service requests
Good Understanding in ITIL concept.
Should have good understanding about GxP process.
Should have good knowledge in writing SQL queries as part of Functional support
Should has been working experience in any Manufacturing related IT systems.
Should have good knowledge about the manufacturing process and Interfaces.
Resource should have good knowledge on manufacturing domain/Pharma Domain.
