Our opportunity:

BAFTA 195 Piccadilly is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Event Sales, Business Development Executive to join their venue sales team.

Reporting to the Key Account Manager - Event Sales, they will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with high-profile clients. This role is critical in expanding BAFTA 195 Piccadilly’s market presence and ensuring the continued commercial success of their prestigious venue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the events industry, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Who you are?

Detail orientated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
A tenacious team player used to working in a fast paced environment
An excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Quick to absorb, process and retain large amounts of information
A natural salesperson with first class negotiation and presentation abilities
You'll have thorough knowledge of the hospitality/ events industry, including current trends, competitors and best practices
