THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Compliance Officer to join its Product Compliance team.

The team plays a strategic role in ensuring that our platforms,games and landbased operations comply with the ever-evolving international regulations and certifications. Reporting to the Product Compliance Manager, you will act as the link between technical, Business and regulatory stakeholders, ensuring our products meet the highest compliance standards.

Your mission will be to:

Support and maintain our regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions;
Serve as the main point of contact for certification bodies and regulatory authorities;
Ensure effective project management and seamless communication with internal teams.

YOUR ROLE

You will ensure our platforms, games and landbased operation comply with international regulations by:

Monitoring legal and licensing requirements across different jurisdictions.
Translating regulatory obligations into actionable business tasks and supporting project management.
Acting as a single point of contact for labs, partners, regulatory bodies and internal teams.
Coordinating certifications and audits, analyzing non-conformities and ensuring corrective actions.
Providing regular compliance reporting and supporting information security (ISO 27001).

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years’ experience in compliance, auditing or project coordination.
Knowledge of Online Gaming in regulatory environment GDPR, basic ISMS concepts and strong administrative follow-up skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, fluent in French (C2) and good command of English (B2).
Strong communication, decision-making and negotiation abilities; interest in gaming and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
