·JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer.

·Maitrise d’Integration Hub, MID Server, scripting Business Rules/UI Policy.

·Automatisation via Now Intelligence (AI Search, Auto Assignment, Performance Analytics).

·Git, DevOps pipeline ServiceNow (ATF, update sets).

Soft skills :

·Pragmatisme, logique d’intégration multi-SI, travail en binôme fonctionnel.
